The fees, payments and sums set out below for Part 1 interments only apply where the deceased has been an inhabitant or Parishioner of the parish of Great Wakering for a minimum period of 2 years before the death or within a period of 5 years prior to their death, or, in the case of a stillborn child, where the parents (or one of them) are, or at the time of death were, such inhabitants or parishioners. In all other cases, the fees, payments and sums will be trebled. Evidence will be required where parishioner fee is claimed.
Costs of children's funerals are directly reclaimed from the Children's Funeral Fund administered by the Ministry of Justice.
Part 1. INTERMENTS
The fees indicated do not include the digging of the grave which is the responsibility of the funeral director to arrange.

The fees, payments and sums set out below for Part 2 Exclusive Rights of Burial only apply where the purchaser of the Exclusive Rights has been an inhabitant or Parishioner of the parish of Great Wakering for a minimum period of 2 years before the death of the person to be interred or within a period of 5 years prior to their death, or, in the case of a stillborn child, where the parents (or one of them) are, or at the time of death were, such inhabitants or parishioners. In all other cases, the fees, payments and sums will be trebled. Evidence will be required where parishioner fee is claimed.

Part 2. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS OF BURIAL IN EARTHEN WARD GRAVES
The fees, payments and sums set out below for Part 3 Gravestones and Monumental Inscriptions only apply where the purchaser has been an inhabitant or Parishioner of the parish of Great Wakering for a minimum period of 2 years or within a period of 5 years from the deceased's death. In all other cases, the fees, payments and sums will be trebled. Evidence will be required where parishioner fee is claimed. The deceased cannot be the purchaser of a headstone, ashes tablet or memorial.
