ECC Roads Notice
The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Great Wakering,
District of Rochford) (20mph Zone) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under section S84 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), S36 of Road Traffic Act 1988, Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), application 17/00862/REM, Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996 and S90A-F of the Highways Act 1980.
Effect of the order:
To Implement: 20mph Zone on the following roads

Description |
Kingfisher Street |
From its junction with Minnow Lane, for its entire length, up to and including its junction with Shallows Avenue |
Waters Grove |
From its junction with Sandy Crescent, for its entire length, up to and including its junction with Kingfisher Street |
Shallows Avenue |
From its junction with Kingfisher Street for its entire length, up to and including its junction with Waters Grove |
Minnow Lane |
From its junctions with Waters Grove for its entire length, up to and including its junction with Kingfisher Street |
